Role: Operations Supervisor - Road Freight
Location: Leeds, West Yorkshire
Package: £35,000 - £45,000
We’re working with an industry leading/ top 5 forwarder in the West Yorkshire area that are looking for an excellent and experienced Road Freight Supervisor.

Responsibilities:
* Handling Road freight shipments from start to finish
* Looking after key customers, ensuring all their bookings are complete from Start to Finish
* Ensuring customers are assisted and kept up to date of progress at all times.
* Responsible looking after a team of operators
* Taking on responsibilities to ensure all customers queries are dealt with
* Looking after KPI's
* Securing the best rates, maximising profit on jobs
* Handling customs documentation
Requirements:
* Previous experience working on Road Freight Shipments
* Knowledge of complete operations process from Start to Finish including customs
* Strong leadership skills
* Excellent customer service skills
