We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Operations Manager to join our team and play a pivotal role in launching this destination, ensuring exceptional guest experiences from day one.
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee all day-to-day hotel operations, maintaining the high standards set by the NICI brand.

Lead and inspire a growing team across multiple departments, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.

Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and standards tailored to a luxury boutique-style hotel.
