Are you a highly skilled registered professional seeking to become a Trainee Advanced Clinical Practitioner in Emergency Care? An exciting opportunity has arisen for an inspirational and motivated clinician to join our team within the Emergency Department at our Specialist Emergency Care Hospital.
You will have extensive experience working in Primary/Secondary Care, ideally with Emergency Care experience as a senior nurse or Healthcare Professional acting as an autonomous clinician. With your advanced clinical assessment skills, you will manage your own caseload, assessing, treating, referring, and discharging patients, while providing support and guidance to junior doctors and practitioners to develop their knowledge and skills within ED.
This post falls under the provisions of Agenda for Change Annex 20 - Development of Professional Roles. Upon completing an agreed set of competencies, you may progress to the next pay band without applying for a higher-level position.

The trainee, working under supervision, will develop advanced knowledge and skills to meet the capabilities outlined in the Multi-professional Framework for Advanced Clinical Practice in England. It is expected that the trainee’s level of autonomy will increase towards independent practice within the specialty.
