What you'll be working:
This role is 40 hours per week plus on-call.
What you'll be doing:
As Registered Manager at Clover House, you will lead the service through its CQC registration, opening, and ongoing development. You will:
* Lead the service through registration and successful launch
* Deliver person-centred, high-quality care that meets both learning disability and health needs
* Recruit, manage, and develop a skilled and compassionate staff team
* Ensure compliance with CQC and all relevant social care regulations
* Promote a culture of safety, empowerment, and positive outcomes
* Take part in the on-call rota as part of the leadership team
What you'll have:
* Experienced in managing services for individuals with learning disabilities and complex health needs
* Skilled in leading teams and driving service quality
* Confident with CQC regulations and service registration
* A strong communicator and compassionate leader
* Qualified to Level 5 in Health & Social Care (or working towards)
* Successful candidates will be required to undergo an Enhanced DBS
