We are working in partnership with inclusive and nurturing primary schools in Daventry, Northamptonshire, who are currently seeking 1:1 SEN Teaching Assistants. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about supporting children with additional needs on a one-to-one basis and helping them reach their full potential.
The Role:
* Provide dedicated 1:1 support to a pupil with additional needs
* Support pupils with ASD, ADHD, or other learning needs
* Work closely with the class teacher and SENCo
* Help create a safe, structured, and engaging learning environment
* Encourage independence, confidence, and personal development
We’re looking for someone who:
* Has experience with SEND (personal or professional)
* Demonstrates patience, empathy, and consistency
* Has a calm and reassuring nature
* Builds strong relationships and trust quickly
* Is adaptable and willing to learn

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
