My client is a main contractor, based in the city of London, currently working on an exciting new project. They are looking for an Information Manager to join their team.
The vacancy is to start immediately. Applicants MUST have ASITE experience and have worked in the construction industry.
Requirements include:
1. 3-5 years of experience within the construction industry.
2. Proficiency with document systems.
Key responsibilities:
* Maintain document control filing and archiving in accordance with company procedures.
* Check the validity of documents according to the Document Numbering System.
* Record documents in the company database, organise dispatch, and collect comments.
* Provide full secretarial support to management, including arranging meetings, producing agendas and minutes, circulating and collating information, and managing diaries.
* Provide administrative support to the team and support the department as required.
* Liaise with other companies and sites.
* Perform various other duties on a day-to-day basis.
