Legal Assistant

This is an office-based role with the option to work one day from home after completing your training period. Youll be working Monday to Friday, 9:00am5:00pm, with a one-hour lunch break. Free on-site parking is available.

Key responsibilities:
1. Typing and proofreading correspondence and legal documents
2. Opening, closing, filing, storing, and retrieving client files in line with procedures
3. Preparing and sending mail, ensuring correct enclosures
4. Supporting copying and document production tasks
5. Managing the Legal Advisers diary, meetings, and appointments
6. Providing support to the wider secretarial team
7. Assisting clients professionally, both in person and over the phone
8. Handling incoming calls promptly and relaying messages accurately
