Job Title – National Warehouse Manager
Location – National (based near one of our branches, ideally Portland, with National travel)
Salary – Circa £35,000 - £45,000 Dependant on experience

The National Warehouse Manager will be responsible for overseeing multiple warehouses working to optimise supply chain processes for Hydro's UK operating businesses.
We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Manager to join us based locally to any of our branches. National travel will regularly be required along with overnight stays.
About you
1. Strong Leadership Skills
2. Full UK Driving License
3. Able to work remotely from time to time
4. Experience in warehousing, logistics or supply chain management
5. Experience in a team lead role, preferably within the equipment supply industry
6. Expertise in inventory control systems and warehouse management software
7. Strong IT skills along with ERP experience
About the role
You will be responsible for -
8. Developing and implementing strategic plans for warehouse operations, setting goals, and monitoring performance against key metrics
9. Overseeing inventory control
10. Managing the flow of goods
11. People Management: Hiring, training, supervising and motivating warehouse staff at multiple locations, along with performance reviews and collaborating with HR
12. Identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce costs and improve overall warehouse performance
13. Generating reports and analysing data
14. Managing warehouse budgets
