What You'll Do
* Source mid-senior Technology candidates
by networking, cold-calling, LinkedIn messaging, and attending/ organising networking events to meet your client's needs
* Manage end-to-end interview processes,
coordinating interviews, collecting feedback, negotiating salaries, and securing the offer
* Do
active business development,
bringing in new clients through networking events, frequent client meetings, cold-calling, and providing market insight and knowledge, building long term relationships
