Location

Midlands based, remote working but close to Burton-on-Trent HQ.


About Us

Newly acquired UK-based Compressed Air Treatment company specializing in the manufacture of Air Dryers, Nitrogen and Oxygen Generators. Now part of market leading global player Ingersoll Rand.


Job Summary

To open doors and create close working relationships with all existing distributors as well as opening and forming new contacts within the UK Compressed Air Industry.


Responsibilities

1. Achieve sales targets for 450 UK Distributors
2. Forecasting and Budgeting
3. Sustainable growth year on year as achieved in the last 26 years
4. Manage sales pipeline and quotation log
5. Develop Pricing and Margin Strategy
6. Account management


Basic Qualifications

1. Full Clean Driving Licence
2. Degree qualification in Engineering/Refrigeration or relevant studies
3. Experience in the Compressed Air Treatment or Gas Generation industry
4. Proven track record in Distributor Sales and Support
5. Understanding of CRM and Customer Management


Travel & Work Arrangements

This is a remote working from home position, but you are expected to be in the UK Headquarters in Burton-upon-Trent at least one full day per week.
