Together we do what matters What you’ll do: Help clients realise meaningful business growth through workplace transformation. You will work with account teams to shape, sell and coordinate the delivery of propositions that address client challenges in the areas of workplace strategy, workplace transformation, business process optimisation and secure collaboration. You will also have the chance to: • You will lead client engagements, responsible for the solution and delivery across of workplace technologies such as M365, Endpoint, and Converged Comms solutions. • Coordinate with and leverage nearshore and offshore resources. • Develop and evolve future focused workplace and organisation transformation strategies propositions and solutions. • Support the identification, development, selling and implementation of workplace experience propositions in response to market demand and digital trends. • Assist senior team members with sales efforts including development of client proposals and pitch mechanics. Delivering sales presentations to clients and responding to RFPs. • Qualify business drivers, agree the optimum approach, and develop pragmatic, deliverable and sustainable solutions and roadmaps that allows client to address their business needs and leverage the best value out of their investments • Considerable experience working in consulting with a focus on client workplace and secure collaboration strategies. • Experience selling large, integrated workplace solutions, and the associated organisational/business change as a Technical Pre-sales leader. • Experience with defining high level enterprise digital (business and technology) architectures to support transformation strategy recommendations • Experience in providing outstanding insights from a range of industry experience to help guide clients on how to evolve and develop their workplace experience, changes to business processes and ways of working • Workplace solution experience should cover one or more of the following: Skills and experiences: 1. Solution and architecture blueprints 2. Operating model and organisation design 3. Secure collaboration systems design 4. Business impacts considerations and mitigations • Experience working across a broad technical landscape of M365, Endpoint and Converged Comms • A foundational technical background in Software Applications, with an understanding of the full software development life cycle. About You: We are looking for a Modern Workplace Pre-Sales Architect that is experienced with selling and solutioning across workplace technologies such as M365, Endpoint and Converged Comms. You bring valuable experience working with clients in a consulting environment, with solid technical architecture and delivery management experience. • You are an experienced trusted advisor at the CIO / Senior IT Stakeholder level working within teams to undertake rapid assessments to define technology roadmaps and strategies that has full stakeholder acceptance and buy-in. • You also consider business strategy, drivers and opportunities, processes, guiding principles and ongoing projects that will impact the future mode of operation.
