What We're Looking For:
* No experience in care? No problem Full training provided.
* Must-Haves:
* Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* A caring, compassionate nature and a desire to support others.
* Availability to maintain training and compliance standards.
* Class 1 Business Insurance.
* Desirable: NVQ Level 2/3.

Your Responsibilities:
* Deliver high-quality care, including personal hygiene, meal preparation, medication support, and companionship.
* Assist with daily living tasks and promote client independence.
* Communicate effectively with clients, families, and team members.
* Ensure a safe and clean environment for clients.
