The Role - SEND Mentor We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate SEND Mentor to join the team. In this role, you will: Provide 1:1 and small-group support for pupils with SEND Support pupils with emotional regulation and positive behaviour strategies Build strong, consistent relationships to help pupils engage with learning Work closely with teachers and the wider multidisciplinary staff team Help maintain a calm, supportive, and inclusive school environment This role is ideal for someone passionate about supporting young people with additional and complex needs. ? About You Experience working with children or young people with SEND (education, care, or youth settings preferred) Calm, patient, and resilient approach Strong communication and relationship-building skills Genuine commitment to inclusive and specialist education ?
