What you'll do as a Receptionist:

* Greeting visitors warmly and directing them appropriately.
* Answering and directing incoming calls with a professional and friendly manner.
* Managing incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
* Maintaining a tidy and presentable reception area.
* Assisting with general administrative tasks as required.
* Scheduling appointments and managing meeting room bookings.
* Handling enquiries and providing information to visitors and callers.
* Maintaining security by following procedures and controlling access (e.g., monitoring logbook, issuing visitor badges).
* Liaising with internal departments to ensure efficient communication.
