AI Architect – Creative
We’re looking for an Performance/Creative Marketing Artist with a bias towards using AI processes to impact high-performance creative production workflows across video, static imagery, audio, and playable ads.
This role will design and productionise AI-powered pipelines using modern, local, open-source models. You’ll act as the Creative team’s AI specialist—driving innovation, improving efficiency, and ensuring scalable, commercially impactful creative output.
What You’ll Do
* Champion an AI-first creative culture
* Build and optimise AI pipelines for image, video, audio, and playable content
* Lead hands-on work with diffusion models and tools such as ComfyUI, Fooocus, and Automatic1111
* Develop reusable workflows and automation (e.g., n8n integrations)
* Train and upskill creatives through workshops and documentation
* Drive R&D into emerging models and experimental workflows
* Improve speed, performance, and cost-efficiency through AI adoption
What We’re Looking For
* Deep expertise in diffusion models and generative AI applications in production environments
* Proven ability to productionise AI tools from concept to deployment
* Strong documentation and process design discipline
* Confident communicator across technical and executive stakeholders
* Analytical, output-driven mindset with strong curiosity for emerging AI
