As IT Support Engineer, the role will involve working within a small IT team where you’ll be expected to operate independently, use your initiative, and contribute to a broad range of technical responsibilities.
Responsibilities
* Maintain servers, Active Directory, and Windows 11 systems
* Administer M365, virtual servers, and backups
* Manage networks, SQL databases, and reports
* Support mobile devices and peripherals
* Provide on-site IT support as needed
Requirements
* Windows Server, Active Directory, and Group Policy
* Windows 11 support and M365 administration
* Hyper‑V virtual servers and Veeam backups
* SQL databases and Crystal Reports
* Networking: TCP/IP, DNS, routers, switches, firewalls, VPNs
Salary & Benefits
* Salary ranges from £34,000‑£35,000 dependant on experience.

Location
Southampton (Office based) - Commutable from nearby locations such as Portsmouth, Romsey, Waterlooville and Winchester.
