We’re seeking a Purchase Ledger Clerk to join our dynamic finance department on an ongoing temporary basis.As a Purchase Ledger Clerk, you’ll play a pivotal role in maintaining accurate financial records related to our procurement activities. Your attention to detail andmitment to excellence will directly impact our success.Responsibilities:
1. Process purchase invoices promptly and accurately.
2. Match invoices to purchase orders and delivery notes.
3. Reconcile supplier statements with ledger records.
4. Assist in the preparation of purchase summaries.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless financial operations.
6. Familiarity with VAT in relation to the purchase ledger.
Qualifications:Previous experience in a purchase ledger role.Strong organisational skills and ability to meet deadlines.Proficiency in accounting software (Sage experience preferred).Excellentmunication and teamwork skills.
