We’re looking to offer a salary of up to £47,500 per annum, and 33 days annual leave inclusive of bank holidays. What you’ll do on a typical day:
Managing and motivating Team Leaders and Warehouse colleagues across shifts
* Ensuring stock accuracy, shift coverage, and absence tracking
* Acting as key point of contact for client queries and updates
* Driving continuous improvement in productivity, quality, and safety
* Collaborating with Inventory, Admin, and Quality teams to ensure seamless operations
What you need to succeed at GXO:
Proven experience in operations or warehouse management – ideally in eCommerce or fashion logistics
* Strong leadership and communication skills with a people-first mindset
* A sharp eye for detail and a structured, process-driven approach
* Confidence in managing performance, absence, and holiday planning
* Comfortable with data, KPI, and systems (Excel, JDA, etc.)
