Chef de Partie salary £31,000 to £33,000 per annum tips of around £500 per year. This is a great opportunity to work with high end produce and learn new dishes. The role: As a senior Chef de Partie you will prepare your dishes and ensure your fridge is ready for service. In service you will cook a range of dishes on your section, ensuring they arrive at the pass on time and in coordination with the other sections. You will present your dishes to a Rosette/Award winning level. This role will include all the normal Chef de Partie duties. Experience: We are looking for a senior Chef de Partie from a fresh food background to run one of the sections in this kitchen, ideally cooking in Rosette/Fresh Food kitchens. You will have good knife skills and enjoy working with fresh produce.
