Initially, you’ll provide hands-on support across business systems and reporting, freeing up key team members to focus on a major ERP implementation. Once the ERP goes live, the role naturally transitions into a Data, Reporting & BI Specialist position, with a clear focus on advanced analytics, dashboards, and insight.

What you’ll be doing:
Initially, you’ll focus on keeping the business’s systems and reporting running smoothly during an ERP implementation, supporting core platforms, producing key reports, resolving issues, and working closely with IT and operations teams. Once the ERP goes live, the role shifts into a data and BI focus, where you’ll optimise data pipelines, build and maintain Qlik dashboards, work with modern data platforms, and turn data into clear, actionable insights.
What we’re looking for:
* Strong experience as a Business Systems and Reporting Specialist or similar
* Solid SQL skills for querying and data manipulation
* Experience with Qlik or similar BI tools (dashboard design is essential)
* Familiarity with ERP systems and integrated environments
* Understanding of data flows, integrations, and system dependencies
* A proactive mindset and willingness to learn new platforms and tools
* The following skills are desirable: data warehousing, ETL processes, Snowflake, Azure Data Services, Microsoft Fabric, API integrations, automation tools

* Working hours: 8:00am–5:00pm, Monday–Friday (1 hour for lunch)
