Teaching Personnel is currently seeking a dedicated male Teaching Assistant to provide 1:1 classroom support in a welcoming primary school in Penarth. This is an ideal role for someone enthusiastic, patient, and ready to positively impact a child’s education journey.

Your Role Will Involve:
- Supporting a pupil on a 1:1 basis throughout the school day
- Helping create a positive, engaging, and safe classroom environment
- Building trust and a strong rapport with the child
- Giving supportive and constructive feedback
- Encouraging independence through a child-led approach
- Managing behaviour calmly and confidently
- Adapting to support various additional needs (e.g., Autism, ADHD, Dyslexia, Down Syndrome)
Key Details:
- Location: Penarth, Vale of Glamorgan
- Days: Monday to Friday
- Hours: 8:30am – 3:30pm
- Pay: £13.75 per hour (paid weekly through PAYE – no timesheets!)
