About the role

We’re on the hunt for a creative and strategic Content & Community Lead to lead digital content across our portfolio of FMCG brands. You’ll be the mastermind behind our content strategy—building a network of content creators, briefing them, and ensuring they deliver high-quality social-first videos that align with each brand’s needs.


But that’s not all. You’ll also own our social media channels, making sure every post, reel, and story is engaging, on-brand, and built for performance. And when needed, you won’t hesitate to roll up your sleeves and create content yourself.


What You’ll Be Doing


•Creator Network Building – Source, onboard, and nurture relationships with content creators who align with our brand values.

•Creative Briefing – Develop clear, strategic briefs that inspire creators to produce engaging, high-quality social media content.

•Content Strategy & Execution – Work across multiple brands to develop and execute a digital content strategy that drives engagement and sales.

•Quality Control – Ensure all video content is top-notch, social-first, and aligned with our brand guidelines.

•Social Media Management – Own our social media channels, from posting and community management to tracking performance and optimising content.

•Hands-on Content Creation – Step in and create content when needed—whether that’s editing a video on cap-cut, filming a quick reel, writing captions, or jumping on trends.


What We’re Looking For


•A natural content strategist with a strong eye for what works on social (especially TikTok & Instagram).

•Experience working with influencers and content creators, from outreach to briefing.

•Solid social media management skills—you know how to grow an audience and engage a community.

•The ability to create content yourself - basic video editing skills on cap-cuts or similar needed.

•A love for FMCG brands and a strong understanding of consumer trends.

•Any knowledge of AI content generation tools would be a huge bonus—we’re always looking for smarter, faster ways to create high-quality content.
