Administrator/Service Desk


Northampton


£12.21p/h


37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday


Start date - Monday 16th June


Hybrid role after training period


Duration - 3 months



Duties to include;



1. Prioritisation of calls in-line with Incident and Service Request Management

2. Logging of incidents and service requests that enter the service desk via email or self-service portal

3. General Administration

4. Maintain customer data into the internal system
