* Provide accurate and timely billing and metering administration
* Deliver exceptional front-facing customer service
* Manage billing cycles and maintain critical customer data
* Ensure customer queries are resolved to the highest standards
* Act as an ambassador of our ethos and collaborate across teams to enhance the customer experience
Requirements
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
* Strong navigation skills on social media platforms
* Excellent conflict resolution abilities
* Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written
* Proven problem-solving capabilities and ability to prioritise tasks in a multi-tasking environment
