Senior Service Advisor - Premium Automotive Brand

As a Senior Service Advisor, you'll be the main point of contact for customers throughout their service journey, from initial consultation to vehicle handover. You'll ensure all work is clearly communicated, professionally managed, and completed to a high standard, while maintaining strong customer relationships and expectations.
Key responsibilities include:
* Greeting customers warmly and professionally throughout the day
* Keeping customers informed about service progress and any additional work needed
* Delivering excellent service through clear, consistent communication
* Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of available aftersales products and services
* Ensuring timely and accurate completion of all service documentation
* Coordinating job allocation with workshop technicians based on time and capability
* Overseeing the care and presentation of customer vehicles before return
We're looking for someone who:
* Has previous experience as a Service Advisor or in a similar role within the motor industry (essential)
* Holds a valid, clean UK driving licence (held for at least 12 months)
* Is eligible to work in the UK
Package:
* Base Salary: £35,000
* On-Target Earnings (OTE): £45,000-£53,000+ per annum
* Benefits: Company car (after the probation period), training & development opportunities, and an industry-leading benefits package
* Working Hours:
o Monday to Friday: 8:00am - 6:00pm
o Saturday: 8:00am - 12:30pm (1 in 3 Saturdays, paid as additional hours)
