We’re working on behalf of a reputable building contractor to recruit an organised and proactive Administrator / Junior Document Controller to join their team on a full-time basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with construction admin experience who’s looking to build a long-term career in document control. Key Responsibilities: * Support the project and site teams with general administrative tasks * Assist in maintaining and managing project documentation, drawings, and records * Learn and use document control systems (e.g., Viewpoint, Asite, or similar – training provided) * Ensure accurate version control and timely distribution of documents * Liaise with site managers, engineers, and subcontractors regarding documentation queries * Uphold document control processes and procedures Requirements: * Previous administration experience within a construction environment * Strong organisational and communication skills * Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) * High attention to detail and accuracy * Eagerness to learn document control systems and progress in this area * Team player with a proactive approach What’s on Offer: * Competitive salary and benefits package * On-the-job training and career dev...
