Position Summary
The Service Engineering Manager - Dry Low Emissions (DLE) is responsible for assisting field technicians with on‑site installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of LM6000 and LM2500 gas turbine packages and auxiliary systems. This specialized position provides expert support for DLE turbine airfoil and combustor damage analysis, fuel/combustion systems, and DLE controls. The role offers technical expertise in DLE and SAC gas turbine mechanical problem dispositions, collaborates with field service teams, and provides service engineering support for PROENERGY customers in the EMEA and APAC regions.
The role will be based in the Europe/UK region supporting customers in Asia, Australia, Middle East, Africa and Europe. Candidates must be based in Europe/UK, be fluent in English (oral and written), and have work authorization in the region.

Position Responsibilities
* Provide support for LM6000 and LM2500 DLE turbine installations, removals, and servicing of packages.
* Provide real‑time support for BSI (Borescope Inspection) findings analysis and disposition.
* Troubleshoot mechanical and controls issues on DLE and SAC fuel and auxiliary systems.
* Perform LM6000 and LM2500 DLE and SAC turbine airfoil and combustor damage assessments.
* Analyze and resolve DLE operational issues, including T48/T54 spreads and emissions issues.
* Act as the primary contact for field execution teams requiring technical guidance on combustion mapping and DLE issue resolution.
* Escalate unresolved issues to in‑house engineering teams as needed.
* Optimize resource allocation by handling service engineering requests independently.
* Develop and deliver DLE mapping and troubleshooting training programs for field technicians.
* Establish best practices for DLE package installation, removal, mapping and troubleshooting.
* Align with sustainability and customer commitment goals by improving technical support response times.
* Support Sales and Commercial teams with technical information for proposal development.
Required Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or related field.
* Minimum 10 years of experience in LM6000 and LM2500 DLE gas turbine maintenance, installation, and troubleshooting.
* Minimum 10 years of experience performing combustion mapping on LM6000 and LM2500 DLE gas turbines.
* Advanced knowledge of DLE fuel systems, combustion dynamics, and control systems.
* UK/European work authorization (no sponsorship required).
* A combination of education and specific experience may be considered.
