We are recruiting an experienced Vehicle Technician / Automotive Technician to join a respected independent specialist garage in Tunbridge Wells. This role is ideal for a technician with strong diagnostics, servicing, and repair experience who wants to work on premium, prestige, and performance vehicles in a professional, pressure-free environment.
You will be working in a clean, modern workshop equipped with advanced diagnostic tools, focusing on quality repairs rather than volume targets.

Vehicle Technician Responsibilities
* Carry out vehicle diagnostics and fault finding
* Perform servicing, maintenance, and MOT preparation
* Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical faults
* Complete repairs and performance upgrades
* Work to high standards and manufacturer specifications
* Accurately complete job cards and service documentation
* Work independently and as part of a skilled workshop team
Vehicle Technician Requirements
* NVQ Level 2 or Level 3 in Vehicle Maintenance & Repair (or equivalent)
* Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician / Automotive Technician
* Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
* Confident working on modern vehicles and complex systems
* Ability to work independently in an independent garage environment
* Passion for automotive engineering and performance vehicles
* Full UK driving licence preferred
