You will be supporting children with a variety of special educational needs, helping them to access learning, build confidence, and reach their full potential. Key Responsibilities: Provide individual and small group support to pupils with SEN (e.g., ASD, ADHD, SEMH, speech and language difficulties). Work alongside the class teacher and SENCO to deliver tailored support. Encourage positive learning attitudes and emotional wellbeing. Assist with classroom management and learning resources. Communicate effectively with staff, parents, and external professionals. Requirements: Experience working with children or young people with additional learning needs. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Patient, empathetic, and proactive approach. Right to work in the UK. Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one).
