Overview

Responsibilities
* Recruit and train a high‑performing team, developing operational and leadership skills.
* Coach the team to be passionate about the store’s products and deliver outstanding customer service.
* Lead trade activity, using expertise to grow sales and maximise profit.
* Implement Store Change Plan and resource‑planned activities, ensuring hours are allocated effectively and resolving root‑cause issues with sustainable solutions.
* Prioritise safety, maintaining a legal trading environment and coaching the use of security tools.
