About the Role
You will deliver an excellent and comprehensive service in the administration of new business, renewal and mid-term changes so that customers' needs are best satisfied through suitable cover and pricing.
Responsibilities
* Lead and oversee day-to-day account management for a portfolio of key clients, ensuring exceptional service delivery and compliance with regulatory requirements.
* Review and authorise policy documentation, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and alignment with client requirements.
* Collaborate closely with leadership on strategic projects, process improvements, and client engagement initiatives.
* Keep ahead of market developments, legislation changes, and emerging risks, ensuring advice and recommendations to clients are current and relevant.
