Overview
Chester Vauxhall and KiaMonday to Friday 8:00am - 6:00pm and Saturdays as and when required 8:00am to 12:00pm Salary: up to £70,000 OTE (including basic of £40,000 to £55,000 depending on experience, plus bonus)
Are you looking for a career-defining role and longing to be part of something exciting? Chester Vauxhall/Kia are seeking an ambitious and talented Aftersales Manager to lead the team. As our Service Manager, you will serve as a role model for customer service excellence, always leading by example. You will develop long-lasting relationships with customers and motivate the team to do the same. Reporting to the General Manager, you will oversee Service Advisors and Technicians, managing all aspects of the department to ensure high performance. Your responsibilities include managing the Workshop, Technicians/Mechanics, and Service Advisors to meet productivity, upselling, and KPI targets.
Responsibilities
* Provide guidance, training, and appraisals to the Service team to encourage their development
* Maximise customer satisfaction through exceptional service
* Monitor department performance against budget and implement improvement plans
* Analyze local market data to identify opportunities
* Prepare departmental forecasts and reports
* Manage customer satisfaction metrics
Qualifications
Previous experience in a premium automotive environment with a proven track record in transactional aftersales and delivering excellent customer service. Leadership experience in motivating teams and maximizing team potential. A full UK driving licence is required.
