Duties
* Apply eyelash extensions with precision and care, ensuring client satisfaction.
* Provide deep tissue massages as needed, enhancing the overall client experience.
* Manage front desk operations, including scheduling appointments and greeting clients.
* Deliver exceptional customer service, addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly.
* Assist in social media management by creating engaging content to promote services.
* Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the workspace to meet health and safety standards.
* Upsell additional services and products to enhance the client's experience.
* Foster a welcoming atmosphere that reflects our commitment to hospitality and guest services.
* Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
* Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth operation of daily activities.
Requirements
* Proven experience in eyelash extensions application is essential.
* Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
* Experience in front desk operations within a beauty or wellness environment is preferred.
* Knowledge of deep tissue massage techniques is an advantage.
* Familiarity with makeup application techniques is beneficial.
* Previous experience in management or supervisory roles is desirable.
