HR Advisor
Hours: Full-time (37.5 hours) or part-time (30 hours) across 5 days
Contract: Permanent
Location: Hybrid – minimum 2 days per week in Horsham head office

Key responsibilities will include:
* Act as the first point of contact for HR queries, providing expert advice on employee relations, performance management and absence.
* Draft HR documentation including contracts, policies, handbooks, and letters.
* Support HR Business Partners on projects and ER casework.
* Train managers on HR software, ensuring they maximise its functionality.
* Assist with recruitment campaigns, from writing job adverts to candidate screening and interviews.
* Contribute to thought leadership through writing blogs and newsletters.
The ideal candidate will have:
* Solid experience as an HR Generalist or HR Advisor.
* CIPD Level 5 (or equivalent experience).
* Strong knowledge of UK employment law and its practical application.
* Excellent communication skills and meticulous attention to detail.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
