What We’re Looking For:
* Proven Care Coordinator experience within domiciliary care
* Ability to manage rotas and respond quickly to service changes
* Level 3 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent)
* Excellent communication, organisation, and time management skills
* Confident working independently and making informed decisions
Key Responsibilities:
* Plan, organise, and maintain weekly rotas for care staff
* Coordinate care visits to ensure timely, safe, and consistent support
* Build strong relationships with carers, clients, and external professionals
* Respond to day-to-day changes, ensuring continuity of care
* Support care workers with queries, updates, and service delivery needs
* Maintain accurate records and uphold compliance standards
