You'll be joining a team working on a high-profile project in Plymouth.
This is a long-term,plexmercial environment where you’ll play a pivotal role in cost management, contract administration, andmercial strategy across a multidisciplinary project team.
Key responsibilities include:
1. Leading cost planning, budgeting, and forecasting for major work packages
2. Managing NEC contracts,pensation events, and change control
3. Providingmercial insight to support strategic decision making
4. Preparing and presenting detailed cost reports to senior leadership
5. Supporting procurement activities and subcontractor negotiations
6. Ensuringernance, audit readiness, and adherence to client processes
What's needed from you?
7. Significant experience as a Quantity Surveyor on large scale or defence related projects
8. Strong NEC contract knowledge
9. Excellent analytical, reporting, and stakeholder management skills
10. The ability to work with discretion and professionalism on sensitive programmes
11. Experience working for a Tier 1 contractor
