About the Position
We are seeking a creative, data-driven Social Content Manager to shape the digital experience of High Performance across YouTube and social media platforms for our series of shows.
This role involves more than managing posts; it includes identifying key moments from podcasts, utilizing AI tools to clip, edit, and enhance content, and building an inspiring digital presence that can positively impact lives.
You should have proven experience managing multiple social media channels, video editing, AI-driven content optimization, and community engagement. Strong editorial judgment is essential for creating engaging content that motivates, inspires, and strengthens the brand identity of each show. A deep understanding of content culture—what resonates, what gets shared, and what garners attention—is crucial.
Responsibilities
* Multi-channel content strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy across YouTube and social platforms to increase podcast visibility, foster community engagement, and grow audiences.
* Video editing and clipping: Edit compelling clips from full episodes using Adobe Premiere and AI tools like Opus, ensuring they match the tone and style of the podcasts.
* YouTube growth & optimisation: Enhance the growth of YouTube channels by optimizing content, creating engaging titles and thumbnails, and leveraging platform features for increased visibility.
* AI content creation and curation: Plan, produce, and oversee high-quality visual content tailored for each platform, maintaining consistent branding through AI tools.
* Content scheduling and delivery: Upload and schedule content across YouTube and social channels, aligning with marketing plans and partner needs.
* Copywriting and tone of voice: Use AI to craft inspiring and engaging copy that reflects each podcast’s values, maintaining a consistent tone across platforms.
* Community management: Engage with audiences by monitoring comments and messages, fostering a positive community environment.
* Performance tracking and reporting: Analyze metrics via platform analytics (e.g., YouTube Studio, Instagram Insights), generate reports, and refine strategies based on data insights.
Skills & Experience
* Proven success in managing and growing social media and YouTube channels, with a track record of increasing views, engagement, and subscribers.
* Strong understanding of social and YouTube algorithms, trends, and KPIs, with excellent analytical skills.
* Proficiency in video editing with Adobe Premiere and AI tools like Opus, along with familiarity with scheduling and analytics platforms such as YouTube Studio.
* Experience creating visually appealing content, including thumbnails and carousels.
* Ability to work independently, solve problems, and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
* Excellent organizational and communication skills, with attention to detail and a test-and-learn attitude.
* Flexible and adaptable to shifting deadlines and evolving content priorities.
