Job Description

* Provide administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations.
* Maintain and update customer records with accuracy and attention to detail.
* Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email in a professional and timely manner.
* Coordinate with internal teams to address customer needs and resolve issues effectively.
* Prepare and process orders, invoices, and other related documentation.
* Monitor and manage inventory levels in collaboration with the warehouse team.
* Assist in scheduling meetings and appointments as required.
* Support the implementation of process improvements for enhanced efficiency.


The Successful Applicant

A successful Customer Service Administrator should have:

* Previous experience in an administrative or customer service role, ideally within the industrial or manufacturing sector.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with customers and internal teams.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word and Excel.
* Excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritise tasks efficiently.
* A proactive and problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
* Familiarity with order processing systems or CRM software (desirable).
* A commitment to providing high-quality service and meeting deadlines.
