Job Description
* Provide administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations.

* Prepare and process orders, invoices, and other related documentation.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Customer Service Administrator should have:
* Previous experience in an administrative or customer service role, ideally within the industrial or manufacturing sector.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with customers and internal teams.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word and Excel.
* Excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritise tasks efficiently.

* Familiarity with order processing systems or CRM software (desirable).
