Business Development Representative - United Kingdom (Hybrid)
Telent is looking for a new addition to the Sales & Marketing team as part of the Network Services division. We are seeking a driven, enthusiastic, and forward-thinking Business Development Representative to join our team and help build and develop relationships within the Emergency Services, Public Sector, Government, Utilities, and Nuclear space. This role involves working through a Telent training plan and collaborating with the team at our Warwick and Camberley offices at least one day per week, alternating weekly.

As a Business Development Representative (BDR), you’ll play a multi-faceted role that is vital to Telent’s go-to-market strategy. As you learn and grow in this role, we’ll help you map out a career path for future growth at Telent.
BDR - Responsibilities:
* Gain comprehensive knowledge of Telent, our offerings, and the markets we operate in to educate prospects.
* Work closely with the Sales team to support the sales pipeline and growth by researching target accounts and key stakeholders.
* Create and coordinate campaigns for prospect accounts based on territory research.
* Perform targeted outreach via phone calls, emails, social media, and creative efforts to generate interest and promote Telent’s services.
* Follow up with inbound leads from marketing to convert them into meetings and opportunities.
* Analyze and report on weekly activities and pipeline efforts.
BDR - Candidate Profile:
We seek resilient, driven, self-motivated candidates with relevant sales experience, particularly in outbound sales, and the ability to generate new business leads. Experience from other industries is welcomed. A university degree or equivalent, along with some office experience, is preferred.
