The rapid expansion of the business has meant that a position has become available within the team based in Dunmow, Essex.
About the position
As a Repairs Administrator, you will play an important role in our busy team ensuring day to day tasks are completed with a high level of accuracy and will help ensure on time delivery and high service levels continue as well as assisting with management of suppliers. In this role you will be supporting both internal and external customer requirements. Due to the nature of the position, previous experience is not required for this entry level position, however basic knowledge of the Microsoft suite is essential. Full training and support will be provided to the successful candidates.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Provide excellent support to internal and external stakeholders, ensuring they have all necessary data regarding repair and overhaul requirements.
* Efficiently monitor and report on open repair orders, including handling queries and customer quote approvals to ensure contractual terms are met.
* Record repair quotations in the system and manage email correspondence effectively.
* Liaise with various departments to support task completion.
* Analyse data, produce reports to make informed decisions.
* Build and maintain relationships with designated repair suppliers.

* Highly organised, efficient with strong attention to detail and accuracy
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
* Ability to follow established processes
* Works well under pressure to meet deadlines by identifying priorities and schedule work appropriately. Time management skills are essential
* Friendly and professional manner
* Act with integrity, discretion and objectivity
* Educated to GSCE (or equivalent) standard
* Knowledge of repair systems and procedures is not essential
* Basic knowledge of Microsoft package including but not limited to Word, Outlook & Excel.
