SEND Teaching Assistant – Complex Needs Support
Location: Stratford-upon-Avon, Warwickshire
Contract Type: Full-time
Salary: £89 – £105 per day / £445 – £525 per week
Axcis Education is recruiting a dedicated Teaching Assistant to support pupils with severe and complex learning needs.
The Role:
•Provide individualised classroom and personal care support
•Adapt activities and use communication tools such as PECs or Makaton
•Work closely with therapy teams to support sensory and physical needs
•Maintain a safe, engaging, and inclusive learning space
About You:
•Experience supporting pupils with SLD or complex needs
•Compassionate, adaptable, and reliable
•Strong interpersonal skills and safeguarding awareness
