We are seeking an exceptional Director of Sales and
Marketing to join our Executive Team and lead the commercial strategy of this

ROLE PROFILE
Reporting directly to the Managing Director, the Director of
Sales and Marketing is a key architect of the hotel's commercial success —
driving revenue performance, brand visibility, and strategic growth across all
channels.
Leading a large, multi-functional team spanning sales,
events, PR, and marketing, you will set the vision and direction for all
commercial activity, ensuring Bulgari Hotel London remains the benchmark for
luxury hospitality in one of the world's most competitive markets.
This role carries considerable external profile, requiring a
recognised industry leader who can operate at the highest level, build powerful
relationships, and unlock opportunity across both established and emerging
luxury segments.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
* Establish
and execute a best-in-class commercial strategy to drive sustained
revenue, profitability, and market leadership
* Provide
inspirational, decisive leadership to a high-performing,
multi-disciplinary team
* Serve
as a senior ambassador for Bulgari Hotel London, representing the brand
across key global markets and high-level industry networks
* Cultivate
and expand relationships with UHNW clients, luxury travel partners, and
corporate stakeholders
* Lead
integrated sales, marketing, PR, and brand positioning strategies to
strengthen global desirability and awareness
* Identify
and capitalise on new and emerging market opportunities, including MICE
and international luxury travel segments
* Drive
commercial performance through rigorous data-led decision-making and
market intelligence
* Partner
with the Executive Committee to shape overall business strategy and
long-term vision
