We are currently seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Temporary Agency Brickwork Lecturer to join our apprenticeship team at the South east london Campus. This role involves teaching brickwork apprentices up to Level 2, preparing them for their End Point Assessment, and contributing to the expansion and development of the department.
Day-to-day of the role:
* Deliver high-quality brickwork training to apprentices, ensuring they are well-prepared for their End Point Assessment.
* Collaborate with the Curriculum Manager to enhance the curriculum and overall student learning experience.
* Participate in marketing events such as National Apprenticeship Week and Skillbuild to promote the courses.
* Engage with students to inspire and motivate them towards a successful career in brickwork.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date student records and administrative documents.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* Proven teaching experience or relevant industry experience in brickwork.
* Minimum of Level 2 literacy and numeracy (GCSE or equivalent).
* Qualified FE teacher or willingness to work towards this qualification.
* Excellent communication skills, capable of delivering engaging and clear instructions to diverse class groups.
* Efficient administrative skills for effective student record-keeping.
