Location: Cambuslang (office based)
Full Time / Permanent (37 hours per week, 8am-4pm Mon-Fri)
Salary:£32,240 - £40,300 + excellent benefits package

In this Technical Administrative Support role, you will provide business support across the Delivery activities within our Lanarkshire Distribution District (SPD). You will be responsible for administration support for Connections and Investment activities including producing management information, District management reporting and also functional tasks such as managing metering flows, disconnection forms and inputting milestones to projects.
What youll be doing
* Produce management reports across the delivery activities including financial and programme information (for example profit and loss reports, team workload plans, outstanding data etc)
* Prepare management information for District scorecards and weekly/monthly/quarterly department reviews
* Review system and process compliance, including Salesforce, PPM and SAP, and produce reports monitoring compliance and team activities
* Assist in the building of the weekly work programme with District staff and Team Leaders
* Review and report on team audits including behavioural audits, framework partner audits and self-monitors
* Responsibility for management and inputting of project milestones
* Responsibility for metering flows for connections and disconnections
* Contribute as an effective team member of District team.
* Ensure quality standards are maintained in all activities performed.
* Ensure awareness of and comply with Company Health, Safety and Environmental requirements on particular issues as they arise.

* Working knowledge of Energy Networks policies, procedures and working practices.

* Developed Customer Service skills
* Familiarity with MS suite of systems
* Knowledge of the Asset Inspection System (AIS)
* Knowledges of SAP system
* Knowledge of IRIS system
* Knowledge of VPB scheduling system
Minimum Criteria
* Experience in a multi-stranded project support/co-ordination role or significant equivalent experience
* Familiarity with SAP, CCT and IRIS systems
* General knowledge of the Investment, Customer Connections and Construction Businesses activities
* Computer literacy - e.g. Microsoft Office suite
