Role Summary
The Medical Imaging Department is a busy department with an expanding service where admin plays a crucial role. You will deal with both members of the public and medical staff daily. You will be the first point of contact for patients and will help create a positive patient experience. The post holder will handle confidential information accurately. Work may be at offices in Wonford or Osprey House as scheduled.

* Provide professional, efficient reception and appointment booking services to patients and visitors, acting as the public face for the Trust.
* Undertake clerical duties to maximize outpatient capacity, maintaining confidentiality at all times.
* Provide excellent customer care, including communicating with distressed or anxious patients and relatives with tact and empathy.
* Support all modalities of the Medical Imaging Admin team, including reception duties when required.
Working Pattern: 5 days per week with various shifts between 8am and 8pm, including occasional weekends and bank holidays on a rota basis.
