Painter and Decorator Required – Gloucester/ Cheltenham
Experienced Painter and Decorator required in Gloucester area to work with a busy and reputable contractor on a new reactive maintenance contract on social housing properties in the Gloucester and Cheltenham areas.
This is a really exciting permanent opportunity with a salary of £31,200 per annum plus a van, fuel card and 20 days holiday bank holidays and a pay day every 2 weeks.
Painter and DecoratorDay to Day:
1. Maintenance work/ disrepair on domestic properties
2. Painting and decorating – all aspects
3. Some external painting work possibly
4. Working alongside other trades
5. Reporting to the supervisor on progress
6. Travelling to different sites in the area in a company van
Painter and DecoratorRequirements:
7. Good painting experience
8. Previous experience working within social housing
9. NVQ in Painting (desired)
10. Good attitude
11. Honest and reliable
12. Full UK driving license
13. DBS will be done for successful candidate
