The Role
* Building long-lasting client relationships
* Working on diverse and complex audit assignments across multiple sectors, liaising with seniors, managers, and partners
* Preparing audit files, undertaking audit planning, and leading or assisting with fieldwork; progressing to lead smaller audits over time
* Ensuring audit assignments are completed to high standards, on time, and within budget
* Preparing corporation tax computations
* Managing workload efficiently while exceeding client expectations
* Supervising and training junior team members
* Building collaborative relationships within the team

About You
* ACCA/ACA part-qualified
* 1-2 years UK Audit practice experience
* Degree with at least a 2:1 or minimum of 3 A-Levels (A, B, B or above)
* Experience with Xero, Sage, Caseware, and CCH is advantageous
* Fluent in English, with strong communication skills
* Exceptional attention to detail
* Proficient in Excel and quick to learn new IT packages
* Positive, confident, and proactive attitude
* Ability to create positive impressions with clients and colleagues
* Skilled at prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines
* Team-oriented and self-motivated
* Capable of working within procedures and maintaining quality standards
