Responsibilities
* Develop, integrate, and maintain detailed construction schedules in Primavera 6 (P6)
* Ensure the schedules are updated when required to reflect work progress and performance, to an agreed timeframe defined by the Central Controls Team.
* Collaborate with site teams and contractors, contributing to 16‑week lookaheads, 4D planning, and schedule performance tracking.
* Create fully logic‑linked work plans aligned to the Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) and utilising approved construction techniques.

* Co‑ordinate and produce schedule reports to a defined reporting cycle.
This is a hands‑on, site‑based role requiring close collaboration with construction, planning and logistics teams. It’s an opportunity to be an integral part of some of Europe’s largest infrastructure projects in decades – contributing to the UK’s future low‑carbon ambitions. The Construction Planner will work in a high‑performance culture alongside industry leaders, while gaining exposure to innovative tools like 4D/5D planning.

* Expert knowledge of Primavera P6 schedule development and progress monitoring.
* Understanding of site safety culture, and ideally nuclear or conventional safety principles.
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate costs/data in a well‑structured manner.
* Confidence managing a multitude of stakeholders, including senior leadership, both internally and externally, and the ability to challenge and consult when required.
