Job Description

This is a newly created role following a contract extension. It will play a critical part in supporting the Senior Leadership Team, ensuring governance, reporting, communication, and stakeholder engagement are delivered to a consistently high standard.

You will be the central coordination point for the account - trusted by senior leaders, confident in governance forums, and highly capable with data, reporting, and structured ways of working.

Key Responsibilities

1. Act as the primary coordination point for senior stakeholders, ensuring smooth day-to-day account operation.
2. Support the Key Account Manager and Account SLT with administration, documentation, and reporting requirements.
3. Own and support all contract governance activity, including meeting preparation, minute-taking, action tracking, and close-out across SLT and cross-functional forums.
4. Produce and maintain high-quality reports and trackers.
5. Drive people engagement, communication, and social initiatives across a global FM contract of 100+ employees.
6. Maintain training, development, and compliance trackers in line with client and contractual requirements.
7. Collaborate closely with operational teams delivering soft services (front of house, cleaning, vending) and basic engineering.

Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications

8. Proven experience of working with senior stakeholders and leadership teams.
9. Proven experience in a coordination, or account support role within Banking, or Professional Services.
10. Strong understanding of FM service delivery and how multiple services interact within a client environment.
11. Advanced Excel skills with confidence in reporting, trackers, and data accuracy.
12. Experience using structured task or reporting platforms such as Monday.com is highly desirable.
13. Highly organised, detail-focused, and comfortable operating in a governance-driven environment.
14. Strong communication skills and a natural ability to engage and connect with people.
15. Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently.
