Our client, a respected and growing new home developer, is seeking an experienced New Home Sales Advisor to join their team in Leicester. This is an exciting opportunity for a driven sales professional who thrives in a customer-facing environment and is passionate about delivering an exceptional home-buying experience.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage the customer journey from initial enquiry through to completion
* Proactively generate and follow up on leads
* Conduct viewings and present homes to prospective buyers li>
* Provide expert guidance on the purchasing process, incentives, and options
* Achieve and exceed sales targets
* Maintain accurate records and CRM updates
* Deliver outstanding customer service at all times
Requirements
* Minimum 5 years’ experience in new homes sales (essential)
* Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong closing and negotiation abilities
* Professional, confident, and customer-focused approach
* Ability to work weekends and flexible hours
* Full UK driving licence preferred
